Welcome to Elizabeth Cady Stantonplein 801, a modern and energy-efficient 10-story building built specifically for Young Professionals ages 18 to 36. Completed in 2019, so: sleek, new and totally contemporary.
This is not a standard residential complex. You will enter with a pass system, take the elevator to your own studio or walk down the stairs into the cozy atrium. There you can meet fellow residents, work on your goals or sit down with a cup of coffee.

The location
Living in Amsterdam-Zuidoost means living in a lively place, full of greenery and good connections. Within 5 minutes you walk into Nelson Mandela Park - perfect for a morning run or relaxing moment. In terms of accessibility, you're in the right place: both train and metro station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena are just a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of bus connections, with which you can easily reach the city and surrounding areas. So you live here quietly and well connected.
Terms and Conditions
You are eligible to rent a flat if you meet all these conditions:
- I am a young professional (18-36 years old).
- I am looking for a living environment with a community of like-minded people.
- I earn a gross monthly salary of at least 3.5 times the basic rent. If you are an entrepreneur, you must be active for at least 2 years. PLEASE NOTE: this must be a Dutch income.
- I want to rent for at least one year
- I do not have pets, as the size of the studios means they do not have enough space.
- Guarantee of eligibility is not possible in this project; the deposit is 2 times the bare rent for everyone.
- Sharing the home with a friend is not possible.
PLEASE NOTE: because the basic rent is social rent, a housing permit is necessary for every tenant. Your annual income must therefore not be too high, among other things (limit: gross annual income €57,926 for 2025.) Avoid disappointment afterwards, so read more information on the Amsterdam website!
