Terms and Conditions
You are eligible to rent a flat if you meet all these conditions:
- I have income from a job, business, or I am retired.
- I have a household consisting of up to 2 people total.
- I am looking for a living environment with special facilities like a common living room, a cooking studio and even a guest room to rent if you have guests coming over.
- I have a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly basic rent. If you are an entrepreneur, you must have been active for at least 2 years. PLEASE NOTE: this must be a Dutch income.
- With a permanent contract, you pay 1 month's deposit, in all other cases 2 months.
- I want to rent for at least one year.
- Guarantee of eligibility is not possible in this project.
- Sharing the home with a friend is possible.

Specifics
- a. Cleaning of the common areas including the living room(s) and the parking garage
- b. Window cleaning of the common windows and, according to the landlord, unreachable glass of the rented property
- c. The electricity supply for and maintenance of:
- - lighting of the common areas including the living room(s) and the parking garage, as well as the replacement of lighting in these areas;
- - doorbells, door opener and door phone/video phone system;
- - mechanical ventilation;
- - hydrophore;
- - central heating system (service contract).
- d. Subscription to the water supply and water supply for the cleaning service
- e. Costs of the telephone line for the elevator
- f. 24-hour service for the elevator
- g. Glass insurance for the windows, used for light transmission in the common areas
- h. Maintenance of the common inner garden and/or rooftop garden(s)
- i. Maintenance and cleaning of the solar panels
