These houses are located in the eponymous district Crabbehof in Dordrecht, one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands. The district was built in the 1960s and named after the castle Crabbehoff. The three- and four-room houses are on the ground floor or have an extra sleeping floor, and are 64 to 85 m² in size. In addition, all homes have central heating (own boiler or block heating) and a private storage room.
The Crabbehof district is located in the south of Dordrecht and is characterized by its square gardens inspired by the medieval courtyards as they are also found in the inner city of Dordrecht. The apartments are located above and next to the shopping center Crabbehof where you will find various supermarkets, drugstores, fresh food stores, restaurants and specialty stores.
