Living space sharing with 3 people:

This is due to the fact that the properties are mainly equipped with 2 bedrooms. There is NO point in applying for this with 3 people.
About this type of property
The 3-room apartment (78 m2) contains two bedrooms and a living room. Again, the kitchen is built separately, however, the bathroom is separate from the bedrooms. Furthermore, you have a very spacious living room and two bedrooms of almost the same size.
A 4-room apartment we have not experienced so far, even though the floor plan says otherwise :) Most 3 room apartments were in the past 4 room apartments, however, a wall was broken down to create a long, spacious living room. When a 4 room apartment applies, the text will be adjusted so that we can inform you as good as possible about the layout of the house.
