There are two-, three-, and four-room apartments in The Terraced Tower with one common denominator: the location is outstanding and the view is breathtaking. From the apartments, you look out over the Nieuwe Maas, the beautiful skyline, and the city center of Rotterdam. That same city center is only an elevator ride away for you. Step out the door of the complex and hundreds of shops, coffee bars, restaurants, terraces, and the famous Markthal are at your feet.

Do you want to discover the city? Grab an electric bike, a water taxi nearby, or go on foot. Due to the excellent location, everything in the center is easily accessible via a walk. Want to head out of the city? No problem! The Terraced Tower is located directly on a main road and the Rotterdam Blaak train station is only a five-minute bike ride away.
